Kitchen director Christoph Schulte-Vieting spoils you with special culinary delights according to all rules of the art. The top chef has already put his skills to the test in renowned hotels with excellent kitchens around the world, including the Romantik- und Wellness-Hotel Deimann in Schmallenberg, the only 5-star hotel in the Sauerland region.
We value fresh seasonal, regional and international products from reliable producers and suppliers. We do everything ourselves, by hand and in excellent quality - from preparing the broth, to mixing our salts, to making the Schupfnudeln. Taste and feel our passion for flavors, finest herbs and best products!

Put together your own three-, six- or eight-course menu from our buffet, depending on your appetite and preferences. At the dinner buffet as part of the pampering half board, Christoph Schulte-Vieting composes every evening a tempting offer of delicious soups, crispy salads, creatively arranged starters, delicate main courses and fine desserts.

If our bar could talk, it would tell wonderful stories! Of nice people, animated chats, newly made friendships and atmospheric evenings (and nights). All this with skillfully mixed cocktails (once a week with happy hour), freshly tapped beverages, delicious wines as well as music and dancing.
For coffee, an ice cream or a cozy barbecue, take a seat on our Mediterranean terrace with a view of Ettelsberg and Orenberg.
You can spend your private celebration or conference with festive decorations and fine tableware upscale in the hotel or rustic in our cabin by the lake. In a rustic ambience, you and your guests will experience an entertaining cabin evening with hearty dishes from the grill or festive buffet.
